Health

All clients must inform Gemma of any health related issues - this includes any medication you are taking, recent procedures you have had, and if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It’s crucial to let Gemma know if there are any changes to your medical record. On the day of your treatment, it is your responsibility to ensure you are well and able to have your treatment. Please ensure that there isn’t any reason why you might not be able to go ahead, such as any new medical conditions, or changes to medication. Before every treatment each client will fill out a medical consent form, which needs to be signed and dated.
